Modular building purchase
The acquisition of the use of a modular building on the premises of the acquirer in exchange for money.
The purchase of a modular structure may be paid for directly in cash, or by way of a lease-purchase. As the structure is considered a movable object (rather than an unmovable building), having the option to fully dismantle and relocate it, this can be spread over a much shorter time span than a traditional building. The pre-engineering of the procedure enables the removable structure to be installed in a very short time following the order.
