Modular building rental
The action of granting the use of a modular building for a limited time to somebody in exchange for payment.
Depending on their requirements, an industrial client can rent a modular structure from a period of 15 days onwards. The duration may be extended at any time. This service provides great flexibility for the use of a modular building, and the best possible adaptation to the activity taking place on the site.
Modular building rental can in some cases be assimilated into the service economy: thanks to the structures’ modular nature (a variable surface area depending on the changing needs of the client), the user pays for storage rather than for the building.
By renting, the user preserves his or her investment capital. This is a useful solution for companies using Capex/Opex arbitration.
