In order to achieve a high level of satisfaction, the company needs to meet these requirements.
ISO9001: 2015 provides a well-proven framework for adapting a systematic approach to an organisation's process management so that it consistently produces products that meet customer expectations.
ISO 9001: 2015 establishes the requirements that the Quality Management System - QMS must meet, but the standard does not dictate how to do this.
