THE PURPOSE OF THE ISO 9001: 2015 STANDARD IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

In order to achieve a high level of satisfaction, the company needs to meet these requirements.

ISO9001: 2015 provides a well-proven framework for adapting a systematic approach to an organisation's process management so that it consistently produces products that meet customer expectations.

ISO 9001: 2015 establishes the requirements that the Quality Management System - QMS must meet, but the standard does not dictate how to do this.

Since 2009, Locabri has been engaged in a quality management and sustainable development approach in order to:

  • ensure the compliance of its products and services with the requirements of its customers, partners, and regulators;
  • increase customer satisfaction through the effective operation of the Quality Management System and its continuous improvement;
  • ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations concerning safety;
  • to ensure the group's sustainability and growth while respecting social, economic and ecological concerns.
