THE ISO9001:2008 STANDARD

THE FINAL OUTCOME OF THE ISO 9001:2008 STANDARD IS CLIENT SATISFACTION.

 

In order to ensure that customers are provided a constantly high level of satisfaction, our company must meet its requirements.  The ISO9001:2008 standard provides a tried and tested framework for adapting a systematic approach to process management in an organization in such a way that it will regularly produce products which meet clients’ expectations.

The ISO 9001:2008 establishes which requirements the Quality Management System – QMS must meet, but the standard does not dictate the procedures required to accomplish them.

Since 2009, Locabri has been committed to a quality and sustainable development management strategy in order to:

-         ensure that our products and services comply with the demands of our clients, partners and regulators;

-         increase customer satisfaction through the effective application of the Quality Management System and our continued improvement;

-         ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations regarding safety;
