In this summer period you may be enjoying the sun on a magnificent woven deckchair... but do you know that you are certainly sitting on a recycled product!

In fact, today the eco-design of products is a subject that is very important to French manufacturers, and the recycling of materials has become a must.

Composite flexible canvases that serve as roofs or walls of removable modular structures are being recycled by several French companies.
Consequently, at the end of their lives, canvases can be used to manufacture the raw materials for:
- beading for ropes,
- waterproofing membranes,
- car bumpers, soles, pipes,
- non-woven fabrics for insulation, filtration and composites,
- and also fabrics for clothes, furnishings, etc.

Every tonne of new raw material produced by recycling is a resource and a saving of non-renewable energy that doesn't have to be extracted from the earth.
