Construction can be temporary or more permanent, and saves a lot of money and time. **The modular structure: saving time and money** The performance of modular buildings allows up to 30% savings compared to a traditional construction site and is a real asset for companies. All the trades are grouped together within the site. Delivery is done in a few weeks. Modular buildings adapt to several configurations. These constructions are easily transportable, transferable and comfort is also guaranteed thanks to quality finishes. **Lighting structures: lamps to save energy** Many bulbs are on sale on the market. It is not easy to choose between LED, compact fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. Some are more energy efficient: - **LED bulb:** The light-emitting diode (LED) bulb is the most energy-efficient bulb. It has become widespread in housing and prefabricated buildings. It has a higher energy efficiency, on average, a third of compact fluorescent bulbs which are already low consumption.
