INSTALLATIONS CLASSIFIED FOR PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL (ICPE)
The legislation of classified installations for protection of the environment coordinates the control of dangerous polluting activities.
Any ICPE project subject to authorisation is obliged to include a hazard study in the following cases:
- Creation of the installation,
- Significant modification of certain equipment of the installation,
- Significant modification of a process or creation of new processes,
- Significant modification of products used.
