Our intervention method is industrialised

We structure each intervention on the construction site with rigorous scheduling of the steps, documented processes, and regular training of personnel. Our five-step method can adapt to all surface extension projects and ensures the best understanding of your needs.

The Locabri method in five key steps:

  1. Need analysis and advice: your company's project is studied and clarified, which enables us to write a specification with you and co-design a commercial offer tailored to your needs.
  2. Securing the project before launch: our Research Department validates the technical feasibility of the specifications and establishes a provisional work schedule. We also process to prior request for contsructins with the relevant authorities on your behalf
  3. Project preparation: we integrate any constraints in the planning of work, and inspect your structure so that the manufactured components adapt fully to your industrial buildings.
  4. Project realisation: once the construction area has been inspected, the modular structure will be mounted in accordance with the prevention plan. You can inspect the structure upon receipt.
  5. Maintenance and follow-up: You operate the modular building during the period fixed by your rental. Our experts are at your disposal to carry out maintenance operations on your buildings, and to adapt the solutions to your changing needs.

Secure the project before it start

Before starting work, a written prevention plan must be drawn up between your company and Locabri (R. 4512-6 of the Labour Code). This document is mandatory when an outside company intervenes in your company. It must be preceded by a joint inspection of the places of intervention. 2 – We care about your operational agility


The modular structure (if it is available from our rental stock) can be quickly deployed by our teams within 15 days for a tent open to the public or for temporary storage warehouse, and from 2 to 3 months in the case of a removable production workshop.

There is only a little work needed prior to installation, and the assembly of the structure is fast. Your structure can be installed directly on your current production or storage site, which limits unnecessary displacements without immobilising the production site.

Our experts will support you on the whole modular project, from its design to its implementation. For each project, we advise you on the best solution in order to maintain your production rate. You can easily respond to the change of your activity (response to a request for proposal, exceptional order, planned workshop, etc.), with full confidence in a reliable and responsive partner.

  • NF/EN 13782 standard (safety of temporary covered structures)
