    Locabri's storage solutions can be deployed within 15 days. For removable industrial buildings, the lead time is generally around 2 months.

    Integration of the buildings into my existing facilities

    Our removable modular buildings are customisable, so you can choose heights ranging from 3 to 7 metres and surface areas in multiples of 5 metres. These standard dimensions are of course adaptable to perfectly integrate the building into your site.
    The equipment that will be recommended to you by the project team can be tailored to your needs: from an awning to a fully insulated building, openings for goods, for pedestrians, water retention, heating, etc.
    The aim is for the building to be installed directly on your site, to ensure maximum flexibility and responsiveness within your internal flow management process.

    What are the uses of removable structures?

    During periods of fluctuations in activity, we are often approached to set up storage warehouses to house your packaging and raw materials. This additional space allows you to save space in your manufacturing plants.
    When you carry out maintenance work we can intervene to offset part of the production or storage activity so that there is no break in continuity.
    During your maintenance operations, we intervene either to house the machinery that is being inspected, or to remove all the products that are on the production line to carry out maintenance on the machinery in situ.
    These are the 3 most common uses, but we also construct industrial buildings for installing new production lines.

    Protection of staff and storage

    Our company, Scierie Betemps, has several areas of operation, ranging from joinery wood to packing wood and formwork, to the manufacture of timber frames.
    We initially needed a 200m² structure to protect the staff working outside, and in a second phase we installed another 300m² structure to protect the storage. These modular hangars had been rented for several years when we decided to buy them back.

    Storage of products during building work

    Carbone Savoie had to repair part of the roofing of a Locabri storage building. This had been damaged by a storm in January 2018.
    We also wanted to take advantage of these repairs to renovate the rest of the building.
