A cost-effective solution
The rental that combines all the advantages of a tenancy-at-will lease with those of a commercial lease. Indeed, with the tailor-made rental formulas, the benefit for you is that you avoid locking up capital and you can terminate the rental at any time. On the other hand, just as for a commercial lease, Locabri will not come and recover the building as long as you pay the rent. You also have the option of buying the building if you wish.

Key moments with the bulk goods industry
Besides the storage of your products, materials or tools. More specifically, we have identified 3 key moments in which we can work with you.
1- During clearance periods, and even more so if you are facing bad prices. We can come and strengthen your storage spaces for both cereals and fertilisers. This allows you to keep more stock and sell under favourable conditions. (here we focus on superstores)
2- Temporary screening sites are the second key moment that we have identified. We can provide you with modular metal-textile buildings to house your calibration tables/mats. (we often work on structures of around 400 m²)
3 - Finally, the third identified use is the crucial stage of quality control. We can come and install awnings or closed buildings right next to the silos, and shelter the trucks from bad weather when sampling by the sampling tubes. In this case, even if it seems obvious, there is no loss of time in the event of bad weather and you can uncover the truck with complete peace of mind.

We had investigated the possibility of building an additional hangar on our site. But we did not have the necessary funding to build it. This is why we opted for a removable rental solution.
